cj is half way to one!

This guy had a tough week, shots, popping teeth, sleep training & being sick, but he still managed to give me a couple of smiles!    What a trooper!  Check out my handsome little nephew, CJ.

 And of course, when it gets a little too much to handle, he always has mama to calm him :)

olive is one!

It is so crazy how time flies & how fast little ones grow!  My little Olive bug is already 1 year old!  What?!?!  I am beyond blessed to get to stay at home everyday & watch her grow.  She is so goofy!  She doesn't just walk, she runs!  She doesn't just talk, she yells!  She doesn't just hug, she cuddles & kisses!  I am so excited to see the next thing she learns....but for now, I will enjoy my beautiful little one year old.

I am not usually one to celebrate Valentines Day, but when you have a cute little one hanging around & some new backdrops, I figure I can most definitely do a quick little photo session!  She wasn't as interested in me taking photos as she was of the pom poms in the background & her Valentine (aka, her little lamb), but hey, I got a couple laughs out of her!  And I am in LOVE with my new backdrops!  I can not wait to use them this weekend for a birthday shoot!  Happy early Valentines Day!

The Christmas minis were great this year!  I know I am a little behind in posting them, but here are a few of my favorites!

one year down, forever to go!

I hate to say it, but my parents were right!  Time flies as you get older.  I feel like just yesterday I was 9 months pregnant & photographing Amy & Casey's wedding.  But here it is, a whole year later & my daughter is walking & these two are celebrating their first year of marriage!  How exciting!  I am so blessed that I have been able to be a part of their love story since it first began.  I remember their first date & everything!  Congrats on your first year of marriage & to many more!  I hope I'll be up & moving to photograph your golden anniversary!  Haha, love you guys!
